Berlin during the War

What happened in Berlin during the war? Where can you still see traces of the war? What is left of Hitler’s bunker? Where is the Holocaust Memorial? Are there still any wartime ruins in Berlin? Where did the fighting take place in 1945?

This walk will give you all the answers. It focuses on the central area of Berlin, the area where most important events related to the war actually happened. We will give you an insider’s view of how the war shaped this city. We have researched this topic for several years and know what we are talking about! The tour will include

> The site of Hitler’s bunker

> The Holocaust Memorial

> The former SS and Gestapo headquarters ("Topography of Terror")

> The Soviet War Memorial

... and many other interesting sites related to Berlin’s darkest years. The tour is some two and a half hours long.
